After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email you can reply to with photos of your bracelet. Natural light and close-up shots work best.

Sometimes that’s enough for me to assess what’s going on, and sometimes I’ll need to see it in hand—I’ll guide you either way.

If a repair is needed, your estimate fee will be applied toward the final repair total.
